Delivering judgement on the bail application filed by Ubua on Friday,  a three -man panel led by Justice Stephen Adah held that Ubua’s appeal was without merit thereby affirming the March 28, 2022, ruling of Justice Nwite of the Federal High Court Abuja.

Justice Nwite had rejected Ubua’s application for bail on the grounds that the prosecution placed sufficient materials before the court to warrant its rejection of the bail application.
