Why Abdulmumin Jibrin Dumped APC – Tinubu Campaign Team Reveals Secret
The reason why the Director General of Bola Tinubu’s Campaign Organization, Abdulmumin Jibrin, dumped the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC), has been revealed.
All Facts Newspaper had reported that Jibrin, a die hard fan of the APC dumped the party stating that he would announce his next party of choice subsequently.
Speaking to NAN, a member of the Bola Tinubu Campaign Organization who pleaded anonymity said Jibrin’s resignation and projected defection has nothing to do with his Principal nor the Campaign organization.
According to the source, Jibrin’s resignation is owed to internal issues in the Kano state APC
“However, I understand Asíwájú Tinubu is intervening to resolve the matter with the party leadership in Kano” the source said.
AFNEWS had reported that Jibrin few hours before tweeting his resignation, wrote;
“HON ABDULMUMIN JIBRIN KOFA CONTINUE POLITICAL CONSULTATION IN KANO in support of our great party APC, political aspirations of Governor Ganduje, Alhaji Bola Ahmed Tinubu and his goodself in Kano.”
