It is no longer news that Amb Ifeanyi Elvis Ogbonna the founder of IGNES OGBONNA FOUNDATION, Chairman of Ogbonna Ignes Investment Limited and Visteon International Company, an importer and Property Developer. Founder of Ogbonna Ignes Investment Limited and a number of other businesses across the shipping and real estate. Who recently invested in tech Mobile phones as part of the liberalization of the sector in Nigeria is a man with a large heart whose act of philanthropy has touched many lives across the country.
As a dedicated philanthropist, Amb Ifeanyi made an initial endowment of N10 Million Naira to the Ignes Ogbonna Foundation in December 2020, enabling it to scale up its work in health, education, and economic empowerment,
especially in his home town Arochukwu, Abia State; also, he is collaborating with the other foundations to create a solid joint empowerment program for the youth.
One will not be suprised by the number of Awards he bagged in 2020; Ranging from: Nigeria’s Focus Africa Award, Arochukwu Impact Award,Ambassador – NFSC- Nigeria Football Supporter Club, and the most recent which is; Ambassador – Ecowas Youth Council , to mention but few.
The Executive Council of Members of the Wheel Chair Confined Persons Organization (WHEELCOPO) South East Zone has due to his act of kindness, found him worthy to confer an Award of LIFE PATRON AND ADVOCATE OF PERSONS CONFINED TO THE WHEEL CHAIR. This means that he would not only be lending his helping hands but also he is now the voice of those that are confined to wheel chair.
No wonder his community, his local government and Abia State as a whole is proud of such an illustrious Son. His impact in youth development, Sports, Widows empowerment among others cannot be overemphasized.
