“We Will Rescue Abia From The Grip Of Bad Governance” – Alex Otti
The governorship candidate of the Labour Party in Abia State, Dr Alex Otti, has assured Abians that his administration if elected, would rescue them from “the grip of bad governance” which has held the state hostage for years.
Otti made this statement at the official flag off of campaign and unveiling of his manifesto held at Ngwa High school, Aba on Thursday, November 10.
He restated his commitment towards reviving and establishing industries in various parts of the state to boost economy, and create jobs; remove Aba and Umuahia from day time economy to 24-hours economy.
According to Otti, Abia ranks 32nd out of 36 states economically owing to lack of investors in the state.
“You must fix your state before expecting investors” Otti added.
Otti assured that his Government would begin “Abia rebuilding process” immediately it comes into office. He charged Abians to ensure that they are not “deceived by old wines in new bottles” as the election days approaches.
