The Abia State Government has intensified its crackdown on criminal activities as security operatives demolished a bungalow in Obiekwesu, Arungwa, Osisioma LGA, where four kidnapped victims were held captive.
According to security reports, the kidnappers, six in number, were neutralized during a police operation, ensuring the safe rescue of the victims. Governor Alex Otti, reaffirming his administration’s zero-tolerance for crime, ordered the demolition of the hideout to send a strong warning to criminal elements in the state.
