A factory where spoiled bags of rice are refined and repackaged for re-sale and consumption have being discovered in Benue State.
A viral video shows a trailer load of bags of rice packed at the factory where the workers are said to work on the mucus ridden rice all night with red oil.
One of the arrested persons in the factory was quoted to have said that they came to Benue from Katsina State and they have worked on five trailer loads of rice before the factory and their illegal activities was discovered.
However, the alleged owner of the trailer loaded with bags of rice is said to be at large.
