In a rare outing, the Vice Chancellor (VC) University of Cape Town in South Africa, professor Mamokgethi Phakeng, paid a surprise night visit to her students studying at a library at about 11pm.
In a viral video, the VC was seen quietly sharing chocolates to each student while encouraging them to study hard to pass their examinations.
