In a grand unveiling ceremony, the Abia Online Media Association (AOMA) proudly announced Dr. Uchechukwu Sampson Ogah, CON, OON, FCA, as one of its esteemed Patrons. The event celebrated his outstanding contributions to business, governance, and humanitarian service, cementing his status as a leading figure in Abia State and Nigeria at large.

His efforts strengthened local governance, fostered research collaborations, and advanced the mining and metallurgical sector.

A trailblazing entrepreneur, Dr. Ogah founded Masters Energy Group, a diversified conglomerate spanning oil and gas, manufacturing, power, finance, real estate, and logistics. Under his leadership, the Group has created thousands of jobs, developed one of West Africa’s largest petroleum storage facilities, and established Masters Energy Industrial City, the largest manufacturing cluster east of the Niger.

Dr. Ogah’s academic and professional credentials are exceptional. A Ph.D. holder in Business Administration from Lead City University, he also pursued Executive Education at Harvard Business School and the University of Cambridge Judge Business School. His contributions have earned him numerous awards, including “Onwa Abia”, United Nations Ambassador of Peace (UN-POLAC), The Sun Newspaper Investor of the Year, and recognition from the Nigeria-American Chamber of Commerce.

His appointment as a Patron of Abia Online Media Association reflects his dedication to promoting transparency, community development, and ethical leadership.
