The Minority Whip/member representing Arochukwu State Constituency, Abia House of Assembly, Hon. Dr. Onyekwere Mike Ukoha, has expressed pleasure on an Aro daughter, Adaukwu Delight Okoro, on her efforts in attracting a health care project to Arochukwu.
Ukoha who stated this during the mock hand over ceremony of the mother and child care unit, which was built and equipped by Total Company at the General Hospital, Arochukwu.
He further explained that health care is an important thing to humanity, stressing that the project will go a long way in addressing the myriads of health challenges in the area.
Hon. Ukoha, prayed God to continue to bless Adaukwu Delight Okoro and all sons and daughters of Arochukwu who have relentlessly pursued goals that are geared towards the development of Aro Kingdom.
In an interaction with the the Lawmaker, Adaukwu Delight Okoro, thanked God for making it possible for the project to become a reality.
She also thanked her employers: NNPC/Total energies and other partners for their commitment to community development.
Adaukwu Okoro, was full of optimism that with the project in place, no mother dies or loses a child during childbirth in Arochukwu again.
Hon . Ukoha thanked the Governor, Dr. Okezie Ikpeazu, who was ably represented at the occasion by the Hon. Commissioner for Health, while praying for God’s protection on every one.
