Hon. Ukoha, hinted that the time has come for the church to show example by informing its members at all times, the need for the people to be fully involved in the happenings both at the corridors of power and society, stressing that by so doing we can bring about the expected change for the betterment of the society.

He urged them to utilise the opportunity availed by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), to register for the ongoing Continuous Voter Registration (CVR).

Ukoha used the opportunity to highlight some of his achievements as a Lawmaker, adding that quality leadership entails good governance.

The Minority Whip, also announced bursary awards to Anglican Reverend Students, as well as support for vulnerable women in various Anglican parishes in his constituency.

Earlier in his sermon, The Bishop Diocese of Arochukwu/Ohafia, The Rt. Rev. Dr. Johnson C. Onuoha, expressed delight in the many contributions of the Lawmaker towards the upliftment of the church.

He prayed God to continue to bless leaders at all levels of government who are genuinely committed in the betterment of the citizenry.
