The United Abia Artistes and Patriots Forum (UAAP) showcased its dedication to unity, cultural preservation, and member support during two significant events in Abia State.
The forum, a collective of notable Abians excelling in creative industries such as Nollywood, music, sports, and other patriotic endeavors, recently paid tribute to the late Ezinne Pauline Ogah (JP) and celebrated the cultural richness of Abiriba through its active participation in the Ime-Uche retirement ceremony of Chief Nwaka Ogbonna Inem, a prominent figure and Special Adviser to Governor Alex Otti on Trade, Commerce, and Industry.
On December 29, 2024, UAAP members joined numerous dignitaries in Onuaku, Uturu, Isuikwuato Local Government Area, for the funeral of Ezinne Pauline Ogah, mother of Dr. Uchechukwu Sampson Ogah (CON) and Hon. Amobi Godwin Ogah (MFHR).
Dr. Ogah, a former Minister of the Federal Republic of Nigeria and President of Masters Energy Group, and his brother, Hon. Amobi Ogah, who represents Isuikwuato/Umunneochi Federal Constituency in the House of Representatives, are both esteemed UAAP members.
Prominent figures, including Kenneth Ahia, SAN; UAAP National President, Ambassador Dr. Osita Offor “De Ultimate Commander”; and the forum’s National Secretary, Comrade Emenike Jason Iroegbu, attended the burial ceremony. High Chief Raymond Nkemdirim, MFR “Ugwumba” and Chairman of UAAP’s Board of Trustees, also graced the occasion, reaffirming the forum’s unwavering solidarity with its members.
Earlier, on December 28, 2024, UAAP members added their support to the Ime-Uche traditional retirement ceremony of Chief Nwaka Ogbonna Inem in Abiriba, Ohafia Local Government Area.

Ambassador Offor commended Chief Inem for his contributions to the state and emphasized UAAP’s commitment to honoring Abians who have excelled in various fields. “This event is a testament to our mission of fostering unity, celebrating cultural pride, and promoting the achievements of our members,” he remarked.
