TINUBU’S 2023 AMBITION: Alaafin Of Oyo Invokes Ancestors Of Yorubaland |READ DETAILS

The Alaafin of Oyo, Lamidi Adeyemi, has called on all the ancestors of Yoruba land, to support the 2023 presidential aspiration of Bola Tinubu.
the Alaafin made this call on Sunday, when Tinubu, former governor of Lagos state, and a chieftain of the All Progressives Congress (APC), paid him a visit in his palace.

Tinubu had visited the Alaafin to formally inform him of his intention to run and also seek support.
“All I came for today is to seek for your blessing, cooperation and prayers for me to become the president of the Federal Republic of Nigeria,” Tinubu told the Monarch and his cabinet members.”
Responding; Alaafin Adeyemi said;
“If I check my list now, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu is the first presidential aspirant to visit me.
“All you the chiefs and traditional rulers, you have heard what our visitor said.
“He said our prayers are needed. All the ancestors in Yorubaland, get up and assist your son.”
