BREAKING: Supreme Court Refuses Atiku’s Plea To Admit Fresh Evidence Against Tinubu

The Supreme Court of Nigeria, has refused and dismissed Atiku Abubakar‘s application to tender fresh evidence against President Bola Tinubu.

Ruling on Atiku’s plea on Thursday, Justice John Okoro said the Supreme court lacks jurisdiction to hear the matter, adding that it is the duty of the Tribunal to determine the matter.

Okoro queried why the appellant waited for the time frame given for tendering of evidences to elapse before obtaining the said controversial Tinubu’s Chicago State University certificate.
