Apostle Augustine Okezue has cried out for help from Abia State Government, Abians and the Federal Government over an attempt to forcefully take over his church premises through what he called fraudulent means.
The apostle who is obviously frail at the moment, but still fighting with every last drop of his strength, explained that he never sold Christ is the Way Church of God premises located at 21 Arochukwu Street in Umuahia, Abia State to anyone at any time.
He explained to Abia Facts News during an interview, that he was surprised when his neighbor Mrs Ngozi Nweke is now claiming to have bought the property from him despite both parties having legal battle concerning sanitary lane between both building.
The apostle also alleged that his son Anthony Chinemerem Okezue connived with his neighbors to steal the church documents which he was paid N3.5M and the document changed without his knowledge.
He wondered why the church property of which he is the General Overseer can be sold without his consent. He thereby called for help.

Meanwhile, the Nigerian Police has instituted a 3-court charge case bothering on forgery and stealing on the individuals who allegedly forged the documents of Apostle Augustine Okezue.
The individuals included the following; Anthony Chinemerem Okezue, Ikechukwu Ibeh, Adaobi Chinelo Nweke, Mrs. Ngozi Nweke and Emerie Chigozie.
The accused where granted bail yesterday and the matter adjourned to a later day in May 2019.
