The Imo State Police Public Relations Officer, CSP Mike Abattam, could not take his calls and be unable to respond to text messages forwarded to him.

Recall that the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), had given an ‘every Monday’ sit-at-home directive for their members. Although the order was suspended, some persons have continued to obey the order while others volunteer themselves to enforce the order where they destroy properties of persons whom they feel has violated the directive.
