Simon Ekpa Issues New Threat To FG Over Nnamdi Kanu | READ FULL DETAILS

Simon Ekpa, a self acclaimed disciple of Nnamdi Kanu, the detained leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), has asked President Bola Tinubu to release Kanu immediately or see the separatist group add “another strict measure to civil disobedience”.

According to Ekpa, failure to release Nnamdi Kanu, the IPOB will not only observe a week long sit at home but will also “stop oil exploitation in Biafra soil”.

The Fin-land based Ekpa in a statement informed the Federal Government that the ‘Biafrans’ are ready for self-referendum.

Ekpa’s statement made available to Daily Post on Wednesday read;

“Our message to the Nigerian government is to release MNK immediately, or we will add another strict measure to civil disobedience, and this time is to stop oil exploitation in Biafra soil”.

“We are also officially notifying the Nigerian government of our preparation for the Self Referendum and calling on the government to support the self-referendum, which is the true democratic process to restore peace and stability in the region”.
