The Executive governor of Abia State, Dr Alex Otti, has appointed 24 new permanent secretaries.
The governor gave approval for the appointment following an examination and interview conducted for the successful persons.
According to a memo dated November 1, 2023 and signed by the Secretary to the State government, Prof. Kenneth Kalu, the new permanent secretaries are to visit the office of the state government for further directives.
