The Nigerian Communication Commission (NCC), has pointed the need for Nigerian consumers to know their rights before purchasing products

 Consumer Bill of Rights is the legal and moral duties of protection owed to a buyer of goods or services by the supplier.

The basic Consumer Rights as listed by the NCC are;
