The attention of the good people of Abiriba has been drawn to a pronouncement by Eze Kalu Kalu Ogbu on July 3rd, 2019 purportedly dissolving a democratically Elected Institution – The Abiriba Communal Improvement Union (ACIU).

We the three Communities of Ameke, Agboji and Amogudu that make up the Abiriba Ancient Kingdom hereby dissociate ourselves from that action as it is null and void and of no effect.

The ACIU is a corporate entity and NOT an affiliate of the

Eze Kalu Kalu Ogbu acted ultra vires as he lacks the authority or right to constitute or dissolve ACIU.

We hereby reaffirm our TRUST and CONFIDENCE in the ACIU leadership under Dr. Eke Agbai  – The General President of ACIU.
