Peter Obi Vs Tinubu: Presidential Election Petition Tribunal Adjourns | SEE NEW DATE

The Presidential Election Petition Tribunal has adjourned the pre-hearing session of Mr Peter Obi of the Labour Party, against the President-elect Bola Tinubu (APC) and the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC).

Justice Haruna Tsammani, chairman of the 5-man panel adjourned the session till Wednesday, May 10, 2023 and charged all parties involved to complete necessary filings before the next session.

The tribunal will resume on Tuesday to commence the pre-hearing sessions of two other petitions: Allied Peoples Movement (APM) vs INEC and others as well as Atiku Abubakar vs INEC and others.
