Police Arrest Keke Carrying 27 Passengers In India | WATCH VIDEO
A tricycle, popularly known as Keke Napep, have been nabbed by Police officials in India for carrying 27 passengers at a go.
The keke was initially flagged down by police operatives on duty for over speeding but the driver tried to run away before he was caught.
