Peter Obi Pro Group Pays Courtesy Visit To Abia Labour Party Chairman, Ceekay Igara | DETAILS + PHOTOS
A pro-group of the Labour Party presidential candidate under the aegis of ‘Like Minds for Peter Obi’ on Wednesday, May 10, paid a courtesy visit to the Abia state chairman of the party, Mr Ceekay Igara.
The group led by Mr. Kasarachi Onwuma while visiting the chairman at the State party secretariat in Umuahia, lauded Mr Ceekay Igara for his contributions to the success of the February 25, 2023 presidential elections and also his support towards the Labour Party’s victory during the March 18 governorship and State House of Assembly elections.
‘Like Minds for Peter Obi’ group also congratulated Mr Ceekay Igara on his recent appointment as the chairman of all the Labour Party chairmen in all the states of the federation.
Responding, the chairman expressed his gratitude to the group for their visit and also their support to the party in the recently concluded general election.
He restated that the Labour Party has come into Abia state and Nigeria at large, to change the status quo in terms of governance and democracy.
