Former Member of the Abia State House of Assembly, Hon. Barr. Chukwudi Kennedy John Ogelle KJW, has extended warm congratulations to Governor Alex Chioma Otti, OFR, for successfully completing two years of impactful leadership in Abia State.
In a heartfelt congratulatory message released to the press, Hon. Ogelle described the governor’s leadership style as visionary, courageous, and purpose-driven, noting that Abia State has experienced a dramatic shift from stagnation to transformation within just 24 months of Otti’s administration.
“As someone who had the honour of representing Isuikwuato State Constituency for two consecutive terms, I’ve seen governance at different levels, and I must say, Your Excellency, your leadership has redefined the essence of public service in Abia,” KJW declared.
He praised the administration for rekindling public trust in governance and restoring dignity to service delivery. According to him, the positive ripple effects of Otti’s decisions can be felt across sectors—from infrastructure and education to healthcare, security, and civil service reform.

“The sense of direction your administration has given to Abia has inspired a renewed sense of purpose, not just in government institutions but also in the hearts of everyday citizens,” he added.
He prayed for God’s continued guidance, strength, and wisdom for Governor Otti, urging him not to relent as he charts a new course for Abia State.
