NYSC Announces Passing Out Date For Batch C Stream One Corps Members | READ MORE

The National Youth Service Corps (NYSC), has announced date for the Passing Out of Batch ‘C’ Stream One Corps members.

Speaking in Abuja on Monday, the Director-General of NYSC, Brigadier General Y.D. Ahmed, revealed that collection of discharge certificates would be done on Thursday, October 12, 2023 at various Local Governments.

He advised Corps members who would be Passing Out soon, not to travel home at night for security reasons.

According to the DG, week-long activities have been scheduled for the outgoing Corps members, which include job creation and employment opportunities after service, which would be handled by experienced officers from NYSC and the National Directorate of Employment (NDE).

 

Ahmed lauded the Corps members for their contributions to the 2023 general elections, national development which cuts across; health, education, rural development, among others.

General Ahmed also advised the corps members to uphold the ideals of patriotism, diligence, loyalty, and self-empowerment they learnt during service.
