ABIA 2023: Enyinnaya Chima Nwafor Reveals His Transformation Plan For Aba Waterside
The governorship candidate of the Young Progressive Congress (YPP), in Abia State Engineer Enyinnaya Chima Nwafor, has said that his administration if elected, will transform Aba waterside to a tourist destination.
Nwafor assured that Aba waterside will be physically improved and beautiful structures constructed to convert the area which he described as an eyesore to a beauty to behold.
The governorship hopeful also stated that his administration will resolve all legal and bureaucratic bottle necks holding further improvements on Mbakwe’s Enyimba Hotel.
In his words
“The bulk of people who visit Aba from Rivers, Akwa Ibom, Cross River and Cameroon pass through the Aba Waterside. The vista they behold is perhaps short of what is befitting of an Ancient Town as Aba that prides itself as the Economic Capital of Ala Igbo, appreciating Onitsha by the way.
The government we propose SHALL painstakingly resolve all legal and bureaucratic bottle necks holding further improvements on Mbakwe’s Enyimba Hotel. A partnership in that direction will be sought and achieved.
We shall through an appropriate Public Private Partnership (PPP) make the Aba waterside area a befitting gateway, cynosure of all eyes, leisure hub and a wonder tourist site. We will be emphatic about our plans on physical improvements, renewal and beautiful structures. We intend to convert eyesore to beauty.
