The Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC), has charged Nigerians to adhere strictly to the stipulated covid-19 guidelines.
The Commission urges telephone line subscribers to adhere to the guidelines set for covid 19 during the National Identification Number (NIN) enrollment process in various centres to curtail the spread of the virus.
The Nigerian Communications Commission is the independent National Regulatory Authority for the telecommunications industry in Nigeria.
“The Nigerian Communications Commission(NCC) wishes to call on telephone line Subscribers to adhere strictly to Covid-19 Safety Guidelines in the National Identity Number (NIN) enrollment process in order to stop the spread of the virus.”
The regulatory body reminds Nigerians to always maintain social distancing, wear a nose mask, and frequently wash their hands and also apply a hand sanitizer.
