Nigerian Banks To Close For Two Days | SEE DOCUMENT

In support of the planned Nigeria Labour Congress (NLC) two days strike, the National Union of Banks, Insurance & Financial Institutions Employees, have issued a circular instructing banks not to open on the 5th and 6th of September 2023.

The union posited in the circular that they are embarking on the strike to get the need attention from government and warn it off its new found love of meddling in the internal affairs of the Union.

Recall, that Presidential tribunal is also expected to deliver judgment on Wednesday 6th of September 2023, in the Atiku, Obi, and APM petition against President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
