NCC: HOW TO HOLD VIRTUAL MEETINGS, CLASSES | DETAILS

The Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC), has revealed easy steps to holding virtual/online meetings and classes.

The NCC is the National Regulatory Authority in charge of the telecoms industry in Nigeria.

Giving the tips for holding virtual meetings and classes, the Nigerian telecoms regulatory Authority said;

1.”Ensure all participants are known and ‘close the room’ when all participants have been connected to the virtual meeting”.

2.Do not give out private data especially in “open meetings”.

3.”Always download apps from verified websites”.

4.Generate strong passwords and virtual ID’s for virtual meetings

5. protect sensitive information; unless absolutely necessary, always disable audio recordings
