Students are advised to be vigilant and as well shun cyber crime.

According to information gathered this morning, the report have it that the Michael Okpara University of Agriculture, Umudike Security under the preactive leadership of the Chief Security Officer, Sir Alex Okafor (CSP) on the 28th of January 2021 as at 12:30pm arrested two fake men of the EFCC: Chigozie Nweke and Okafor Christopher who travelled all the way from Anambra State to Abia State to arrest one of our students; Raphael who was alleged to be a yahoo boy who have been in the school throughout the lockdown period.

After interrogation by the MOUAU security operatives, it was also gathered that the fake EFCC men demanded a whooping sum of two million naira from Raphael before he could be released from thier custody. This was demanded according to them before the arrival of the MOUAU Security Operatives.

More information has it that the school security operatives were reported to have handed them over to the Nigeria Police Force for further interrogation.
