Most Of The People Supporting Ayu Are Hypocrites – Wike

Governor Nyesom Wike of Rivers State on Friday, said most of the people from the southern part of the country supporting Iyorchia Ayu to remain as the national chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), are hypocrites.

Wike in a media chat in Port Harcourt monitored by ALL FACTS NEWSPAPER on Friday, restated his stand that Iyorchia Ayu should resign and give room for a southerner to take over as the party’s national chairman.

“zone the chairmanship to anywhere you want to zone it to in the south. Let it just be that the position is in the south” Wike said.

He however, refuted claims that there is division in the PDP adding that‘ it’s just that people are not doing the right thing”.

Recall that Wike after the party primaries, have been kicking against the north dominating strategic positions in the party.
