BREAKING (MOHBAD): Court Grants Naira Marley, Sam Larry Bail | SEE BAIL CONDITIONS
Singer, Azeez Fashola popularly known as Naira Marley and Lagos socialite, Sam Larry, have been granted twenty million naira (N20M) bail with three sureties in like sum.
The duo who have been in police custody since October 6, following allegations centred on the death of singer Ilerioluwa Aloba aka Mohbad, were granted bail by a Magistrate Court sitting in Yaba, Lagos State on Monday.
The magistrate, Adeola Olatunbosun ordered the defendants to submit their passports and to also report weekly to the State Criminal Investigation Department, Panti.
“As part of the bail conditions, the defendants are to surrender their passports and make weekly appearances at the State Criminal Investigation Department,” Olatunbosun ruled.
“Any attempts to contact me directly would be recorded and potentially disclosed in open court proceedings,” she added.
