Professor Iwe’s call to action was echoed by Sam Onuigbo, the Chairman of the occasion, who stressed the need for modern equipment and well-trained officials to enhance service delivery. Onuigbo pointed out that these improvements would help address issues such as missing scripts, delayed results, and fake certificates, thereby maintaining the integrity of university documents. He challenged the registry staff to avoid corruption and uphold high standards in their duties.
