The Minority Whip/member representing Arochukwu State Constituency, Abia House of Assembly, Hon. Dr. Mike Ukoha, has extolled officials of HGDEL LTD, for deeming it necessary to offer free coaching and mentoring programme to the JS1 students of Aggrey Memorial College Arochukwu.
The Lawmaker hinted that the importance of mentorship can not be over emphasize because through such, it has helped in shaping the young ones and assisted in catching them young from falling astray.
He noted that the commencement of EQUIP CHANGE YOUNG WORLD PROGRAM, by the sponsors will help the young ones to avoid youthful deliquencies such as: teenage pregnancy and school drug addiction which has become the order of the day in Arochukwu today.
The Minority Whip, urged the students to make right choices by avoiding peer pressures as it be detrimental to them in future.
Hon. Ukoha, specifically thanked Adaukwu Delight Sunday Anicho, for engineering the program through HGDEL LTD, stressing that it is in line with the vision of Arochukwu Development Plan to make meaningful impact in the human development of our children.
Earlier, the President General Nzuko Aro (Worldwide), Mazi Dozie Udensi, also thanked the sponsors of the event, expressing pleasure that it will help in re-shaping the young ones for a better future.
