The project is the result of research conducted by the two media organizations, which underscores the fact that since 1993 when Professor SN Nwabara published the book: ‘God’s Own State: An Account of the Creation of Abia State’, there has been a serious dearth of literature on outstanding individuals of Abia Origin who have made significant contributions to the development of the State and Nigeria at large.
