JUST IN: Security Operatives Takes Over APC National Secretariat | READ DETAILS
Security operatives have taken over the Buhari House national secretariat of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) following reports of the alleged sack of the National Chairman, Caretaker Extraordinary Convention Planning Committee CECPC of the party, Gov. Mai Mala Buni.
The security operatives in their numbers as early as 8am, had taken strategic positions in and around the secretariat, restricting human and vehicle movements, in an effort to maintain law and order.
However, workers at the secretariat are allowed into the complex after screening.
Speaking to newsmen, a security guard at the secretariat said the order was from above;
“We were given the order to allow only the State Chairmen into the Secretariat. We don’t also know what is happening but we are only obeying the order from above.”
