Justice Okon Abang of the federal high Court Abuja Monday ordered that Senator Ali Ndume be remanded at the Kuje Correctional facility for failing to produce Mr Abdulrasheed Maina.
Ndume stood as surety for the ex- pension boss, Maina who according to court has jumped bail.
Although in his bench ruling, the trial judge gave some conditions under which Ndume could be released from prison.
