An illegal mortuary has been discovered in Elele-Alimini General Hospital in Emuoha Local Government Area of Rivers State.
The mortuary which was discovered by the local government chairman, Dr. Chidi Lloyd is alleged to be a dumping site for dead victims of kidnapping.
According to the Chairman, the morgue housing decaying corpses was discovered in the recent fight against illegal refineries and bunkering in the state.
Lloyd expressed shock that leaders of Elele-Alimini could allow such business to run in their community without raising an alarm.
