David Nwamini Ukpo, the victim at the centre of Senator Ike Ekweremadu’s alleged conspiracy to harvest kidney has told court that he is 21 and not 15-year-old.

According to Arise TV correspondent, the victim reverted his claim on Wednesday during trail at Westminster Magistrates Court in the United Kingdom (UK).

Ukpo also told court that he had been in the UK since February, 2022 but only presented himself to the police in May.

The court however denied Ekweremadu and his wife bail and adjourned the case till August 4, 2022.

Meanwhile some delegates from the Nigerian senate and High commission were in court. They are;

former Senate Minority Leader, Eyinnanya Abaribe, former Senate President, David Mark, former Minister of State for Education, Chukwuemeka Nwajiuba and the Chairman of the Senate Committee on Foreign Affairs, Adamu Bulkachuwa.
