The Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC), has notified telecom consumers on how they can report to the Commission, if their service providers fails to resolve their complaints.

The NCC is the independent regulatory authority for the telecom industry in Nigeria.

According to the regulatory Body, consumers can report to them by dialing 622 when their service providers fail to address any of their telecom related complaints.

Giving the right channels for lodging consumer complaints, the NCC said;

” First, you must contact your service provider to lodge a complaint.

“Ensure you obtain a complaint ticket number from your service provider.

“If you are not satisfied with the resolution, report your complaint to the NCC by dialing the Toll free line 622.”
