How Pregnant Woman Fell Off Hospital Delivery Bed, Dies In Delta (VIDEO)

A pregnant woman identified as Ann Nwabunor, has died after he allegedly fell off a hospital delivery bed in the General Hospital in Ogwashi-Uku community of Delta state.

According to reports, the first time mum who went into labour at night, was rushed to the hospital, but the nurses on duty allegedly slept off after the woman’s caregiver went home to pick some delivery items.

The caregiver was said to have returned to the hospital only to find a lifeless body of the expectant mother on the floor while the nurses were asleep.

A video recording of the incident which has gone viral shows a woman lying lifeless while the male voice behind the camera lamented over the rate of negligence by personnel at Ogwashi-Uku General Hospital.

He called on the Ministry of Health to intervene on the matter.
