How Man Defiled His Wife’s Pupils In His House | READ DETAILS
40-year-old Francis Amanze, a data analyst, has been remanded at the Kirikiri Correctional Centre, Lagos by an Ikeja Chief Magistrates’ Court for allegedly defiling two minors aged 9 and 10.
The minors were alleged to have been defiled by the accused in July at his residence, Iba Housing Estate, during summer coaching classes. Amanze allegedly defiled them when his wife who tutors the minors was away.
According to the prosecutor, Raji Akeem, the accused tied the victims’ hands before defiling them which he said contravenes the Criminal Laws of Lagos State.
The presiding magistrate, B. O. Osunsanmi, on Wednesday, October 5, refused to take Amanze’s plea and ordered his remand until 31 October, to await advice from the office of the Director of Public Prosecution.
