As Christians across the world mark Easter — the celebration of Christ’s resurrection — a prominent political figure in Abia State, Hon. Iheanyi Frank Chinasa, has issued a heartfelt Easter message to the people of Bende and Abians at large, calling for sustained support for Governor Alex Otti’s administration.

In his Easter goodwill message, Hon. Chinasa, who serves as the National Assembly Liaison Officer, reflected on the symbolism of Easter — the triumph of life over death — and used the moment to express deep appreciation for the collective support Abians have shown to the current administration.

Chinasa described Governor Alex Otti’s leadership as people-focused and transformational, highlighting the delivery of impactful projects and democracy dividends across communities, especially in Bende.

“As we celebrate the triumph of life over death, I’d like to express my deepest appreciation for your unwavering support to Governor Alex Otti’s administration,” Hon. Chinasa said.

He further urged citizens to go beyond receiving projects and take active ownership by ensuring their proper use, protection, and maintenance. According to him, community involvement is key to the long-term success of developmental initiatives.

“As the government continues to serve the people through delivery of impactful democracy dividends, I urge you to reciprocate the gesture by making optimal use of the projects brought to our communities. Let’s work together to ensure their sustainability and maximize their impact,” he stated.

The Easter message also carried blessings and goodwill, with the National Assembly Liaison Officer praying for peace, joy, and renewed hope across the state during the holy season.

“May this Easter season bring joy, peace, and hope to our great state. May the risen Christ guide and bless us all,” he concluded.

Hon. Chinasa’s message comes at a time when the people of Abia State are beginning to see tangible improvements in infrastructure, education, health, and economic development — key pillars of the Otti administration. His message reaffirms the government’s call for partnership with the people to protect these gains.

The Easter celebration in Abia is also being marked with religious gatherings, community events, and reflections on the need for unity, peace, and progress.

With this Easter message, Hon. Chinasa joins other leaders in Abia State in calling for collective responsibility, urging citizens to be stewards of development and partners in progress.
