Abia State Governor, Dr. Alex Otti, has extended warm congratulations to Ambassador Bianca Ojukwu on her recent appointment as Nigeria’s Minister of State for Foreign Affairs. Ambassador Ojukwu, the former Nigerian Ambassador to Spain and the widow of the late Dim Chukwuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu, was appointed to the role by President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
