The Emeka C. Kalu (ECK) Foundation and the people of Bende Local Government Area have expressed deep appreciation to the Executive Governor of Abia State, Dr. Alex Chioma Otti, OFR, for his swift and compassionate intervention in restoring electricity to communities long neglected by past administrations.
In an appreciation message made available to All Facts Newspaper, the foundation described Governor Otti as a “Talk and Do” leader whose commitment to equitable development continues to inspire confidence and rekindle hope among Abians.
According to the statement signed by the ECK Foundation, the inclusion of Bende in the ongoing electricity restoration projects across the state demonstrates Governor Otti’s inclusive style of governance and dedication to fairness.
“Your responsive leadership and commitment to equitable development have once again proven that you are truly a ‘Talk and Do’ Governor — a man of action who leads with vision, compassion, and integrity,” the statement read in part.
The group noted that the project has brought a renewed sense of belonging to the people of Bende, assuring the governor of their unwavering support and prayers for his administration.
“By extending this gesture to Bende, you have rekindled hope and reaffirmed your promise of inclusive governance for all Ndi Abia,” the foundation stated.
They thanked the governor for being a leader who not only listens but acts swiftly in addressing the needs of the people, describing his administration as “a symbol of what true governance should be.”
The message concluded with a pledge of loyalty to the Otti-led government and a call for continued transformation across all parts of Abia.
