Apart from the EFCC issue currently trending concerning Barrister Monday Onyekachi Ubani, AFN just got wind of a fresh petition sent to NBA by one Felix Kennedy Obisike.

In the petition titled: PETITION AGAINST MONDAY ONYEKACHI UBANI ESQ OVER FORGERY, ABDUCTION, TORTURE, HARASSMENT, INHUMAN TREATMENT AND CONDUCT UNBECOMING OF A LAWYER, the petitioner called on NBA to investigate Monday Ubani and that the law should take its course against Monday Ubani as his conduct allegedly demeans the legal profession.

AFN had earlier published stories concerning Felix Kennedy Obisike’s conflict with Abia State APC and a petitions demanding his release from DSS.
