FIFA 2022: Nigeria to battle Cape Verde, Liberia, CAR

he Super Eagles of Nigeria have been drawn in Group C alongside Cape Verde, Liberia and Central Africa Republic, in the 2022 FIFA World Cup qualifier.

The three time African Champions are favourites as none of their opponents have played at the Fifa World cup.

In group A African champions Algeria have will battle Burkina Faso, Niger republic and Djibouti for a spot in the 2022 Tournament

The indomitable lions of Cameroon have a difficult task if they are to play at the next World cup.

They will contend with Cote D’Ivoire for a place at the Tournament alongside .Mozambique and Malawi a in group D

Group E has Mali, Uganda , Kenya and Rwanda

In Group F Egypt ,Gabon , Libya and Angola will battle for a spot

Senegal’s quest for a 2020 World cup appearance in group H will depend on their performance against Congo ,Namibia and Togo

The Atlas Lions of Morocco have been grouped alongside Guinea,Guinea Bissau and Sudan in group I while Condo DR, Benin republic , Madagascar and Tanzania are in group J
