Fani-Kayode’s Ex-Wife Accuses Him Of Planning To Arrest Her
The estranged wife of the former Minister of Aviation, Femi Fani-Kayode, Precious Chikwendu, has accused him of planning her arrest.
Recall that the couple who share four children together ended their marriage in September 2020.
Following the separation between the former minister and his ex-wife, there have been allegations of domestic violence and infidelity.
Chiwendu in a post on Instagram story on Friday claimed that her ex-husband is trying to get her arrested.
She wrote, “so we are at the Karu Magistrate Court and yet this man has staged another arrest for me. Let’s see how this ends. Whatever you do, never trust a soul with deep-seated hatred and wickedness with your life or future/kids. Mr short fuse, you are evil no 🧢 #inodeyfearyou #formykidsimready #butiwillbeyourlastvictim.”
This is coming a month after Chikwendu dragged Fani-Kayode, the Inspector-General of Police and the Commissioner of Police Federal Capital Territory before the Senate Committee On Police Affairs.
Precious, in a petition to the Senate Committee, accused Fani-Kayode of threatening her life and using the Nigerian Police to harass her.
In the petition, counsel to Precious, Abdul-Aziz Jimoh alleged that Fani-Kayode was using the IGP, FCT Commissioner of Police and Chief Superintendent of Police James Idachaba to stop her from taking custody of her four children.
