B00M: El-Rufai Declares NLC Chairman Wanted, Places Bounty On Him | READ DETAILS

The Chairman, Nigeria Labour Congress (NLC), Ayuba Wabba have been declared wanted by the Kaduna State Government.

 

The State Governor, Nasir Ahmad El-Rufai, through his official Twitter handle, said Wabba and others of NLC Headquaters are declared wanted for ecomomic sabotage and attacks on public infrastructure under Miscellanous Offences Act.

El-Rufai urged anyone who knows where Wabba is hiding, to send a message to @MOJKaduna.

This is coming after the NLC yesterday, May 17, staged a protest/ strike action against the sack of civil servants in Kaduna state

 

@elrufai on May 18, tweeted;

KADUNA UPDATE: Ayuba Wabba & others of @NLCHeadquarters declared wanted for economic sabotage & attacks on public infrastructure under Miscellaneous Offences Act. Anyone that knows where he is hiding should send a message to @MOJKaduna. KDSG. There will be a handsome reward!

Meanwhile, Nigerians have reacted to the development.

Ifemosu Michael Adewale replied to El-Rufai’s tweet;

Bad precedent, imagine been declared wanted for protesting against non-payment of salaries and indiscriminate sacking of workers….. the bar has been lowered completely and honestly, Buhari, HELL RUFAI and other tyrants will never end well in the good book of history.
