The leading All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA) governorship Aspirant General Ijioma N. Ijioma (Rtd), has felicitated with Christians all over the world and in particular Christians in Nigeria and Abia State. Speaking on the occasion of the 2022 Easter celebration, General ljioma noted that Easter celebration is a major Christian calendar event that renews hope of salvation for all Christians.

Commenting on the value of Easter to Christianity, the General maintained that Easter remains the highest event that sustains the hope of all Christians.  This he further noted is the cusp of the very hope in our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. He reminded Christians and Abians of the enormous sacrifice that our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ made on the Cross of Calvary for humanity.  This, the General further observed forms the basis of our faith and hope in life.

General Ijioma urged all Abians to rise to the occasion of the Easter celebration in the true spirit of Christians and in the renewal of hope, confidence and fullness of faith even in the face of seemingly insurmountable challenges they are facing as a result of diminished returns.

While wishing all well at Easter, the General assured that with renewed hope inspired by the resurrection of Christ, there is hope for a better tomorrow.

General Ijioma prayed for “The Rebirth of Abia State” for the good of all.
