DSS Said They Don’t Have Money To Feed Nnamdi Kanu– Lawyer
Barrister Aloy Ejimakor, special counsel to Nnamdi Kanu, leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) on Thursday alleged that the Department of State Service (DSS), in whose custody Kanu is in, said they no longer have money to feed him.
Ejimakor in a Tweet after visiting Kanu in detention quoted his client as saying that the DSS have not been giving him his prescribed drugs for the past nine days.
The lawyer tweeted;
“Today, I visited MNK in company of Prince Emma Kanu and Barrister Nnaemeka Ejiofor. He instructed me to make it public that he has not been given his drugs for the past 9 days and he has not eaten today because DSS says that they don’t have money to buy his food”.
